During this 15 minute call, we will gain an understanding of where you are in your business or career. We will also determine whether we are a good fit to work together because the most important thing is that there is alignment between us.
We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance of your appointment, there will be under no circumstances, any refunds.
If you cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours notice and reschedule, you will be able to put the full payment toward your rescheduled appointment. However, if you choose to cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours notice and DO NOT reschedule, you will be responsible to pay for 50% of the total service fee.
