After having her first daughter, she knew that there was way more than the 9-5 corporate world. Alessandra set out to build her own empire. That's when she created Alessandra Liana Consulting LLC (formerly, ALC Consulting Group LLC). She now helps business owners by educating them and empowering them to protect their businesses, develop processes and procedures on the back-end, and manage their employees as they scale to 6 and 7 figure businesses.

Alessandra also consults with high-performing entrepreneurs, small business owners, and corporate professionals level-up their careers by providing career coaching services.
