I’m Alessandra Cortina, founder of CEO Mom Collective. For more than a decade, I’ve supported women as an attorney and strategist, helping them protect what they’ve built, gain confidence in their decisions, and step into positions of authority. Along the way, I noticed a recurring pattern: incredibly capable women questioning themselves, lowering their standards, and silencing their voices under the pressure of expectations, roles, and responsibilities. CEO Mom Collective was born from the desire to change that narrative.
